The current public build uses advertisement placeholders and does not load Google advertising. Production advertising will remain disabled until the required Google-certified consent message and account settings are published.
Who operates the game
Spooky Stockings is published and operated by Heino Ossi, who is the data controller for the processing described in this policy. Privacy questions and data-subject requests can be sent privately to support@heinodigital.fi.
Data stored on your device
The game uses browser local storage for level progress, best scores, unlocked levels, music and sound settings, and your analytics preference. This storage is necessary to provide the requested game and remember your choices. It remains until you clear site data in your browser.
Optional analytics
If you choose optional analytics and the service has been configured, Microsoft Azure Application Insights may receive technical health events and aggregate gameplay events such as the level number, score, stars, best combo, orientation and touch capability. The game does not deliberately send names, email addresses, account IDs or free-form user content. The integration disables analytics cookies, browser storage, request tracking and authenticated-user tracking. Network providers still process connection information needed to deliver requests.
The legal basis for optional analytics is consent. You may withdraw it at any time using Privacy choices in the game. Withdrawal stops new telemetry from this browser; it does not retroactively delete events already received. Retention and deletion requests are handled through the operator contact above.
Advertising and consent
When production Google H5 Games Ads is enabled, Google and its advertising partners may process device, cookie, consent and advertising information according to the choices presented by Google's certified Privacy & Messaging consent platform. For visitors in the EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland, the publisher will use a Google-certified CMP integrated with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework. The game's privacy center will provide an entry point for reopening that consent message.

Audience and children
Spooky Stockings is intended for a mixed audience. The game does not request an age, create player accounts or knowingly collect direct contact details. Production advertising remains disabled until the publisher has configured Google advertising and consent treatment appropriate to a mixed audience and the applicable distribution regions.
Your choices and rights
You can decline optional analytics without losing access to the game. You can change that choice from the game's privacy center, clear local game data using browser controls, and request access, correction or deletion of data associated with you where applicable. Because the current analytics design avoids account identifiers, locating a particular anonymous event may not always be possible.
